As part of OCEMA’s coordinated approach to the chassis provisioning transition, member carriers received guidance on when OCEMA outreach and location assessments were expected to be completed at each major U.S. intermodal hub.
Ocean carriers considering changes to their chassis provisioning models were encouraged to use this schedule as a guideline when planning their own implementation timelines, ensuring smooth coordination with pool operators and terminal stakeholders at each location.
